If you wish to unlock the Usurpation ending, just exhaust her dialogue and continue the story naturally. You’ll find her next to the church bonfire in Irithyll, where she’ll give you the Ring of the Evil Eye. To continue her story, kill Horace, and then return to Anri and don’t tell her anything about him. If you tell her, she will go down and be killed by Horace, bringing an end to her questline.
